Who are We ?
I have always been interested in thematics related to the protection of nature and this is what initially pushed me towards a BEP, then a professional baccalaureate of the animal industry. However, I quickly realized how limited this type of job was. This is what motivated me to pursue my studies with a bachelor’s degree in biology in Grenoble with the objective of working in conservation biology!
Thus, I completed my education on a Master’s degree in Ecology Engineering and Biodiversity Management in Montpellier.
Rather focused on project management and molecular biology, I like the challenge and the more I am outside, the better I am!
When it comes to spiders, I’ve always found them fascinating. Just look at their hunting strategies or simply look at the iridescent colours of a jumping Siler semiglaucus to learn more about this taxon!

Passionate about everything that moves on more than two legs, crawls and slips, I started breeding animals since I was 6 years old. Very quickly, all of this grew… Over 70 species of phasms, 30 species of arachnids, 12 species of butterflies, 9 species of reptiles, 5 species of amphibians, 4 species of fish and traditional dogs, cats & rats arrived at home, some are in transit, some are still there!
With them, I struggle to change the opinion of the “general public” and raise awareness about their cause. At school level, I alternated between a CQP animal care and a BTSA for Management and Protection of Nature.
The heart of my passion and my skills are for the Araneomorphs on which I have been working for more than 4 years, especially since June 2018 in the Caribbean (Martinique).

I completed a BTSA Management and Protection of Nature, followed by a Professional Licentiate MINA Management and Diagnosis of Natural Environments. Passionate about botany and entomology since always, I have been working on spiders for 6 years, I have carried out an inventory in Taiwan. Following a civic service in a naturalist association, I am currently employed by the Syndicat des eaux de l'Aude.
I also help to improve my knowledge of French spiders by working with various nature reserves and conservatories, mainly in the Alps, Auvergne and Franche-Comté.
